Hayden Panettiere on Company Magazine
Hayden Panettiere will be gracing the cover of UK’s Company magazine’s September, 2009 cover. The Company interview discusses Hayden’s approach to various aspects of her life such as staying in shape, staying grounded and dealing with the constant barrage of gossip.
Her comments on staying in shape: “Staying in shape is part of my job, but I’m not always the best at being diligent about working out. I try not to let it grab hold of my life.”
Her approach to keeping her feet firmly planted on solid ground? “Well, for one thing, it’s like having a bunch of big brothers on the set Heroes. I am the butt of every joke in that place-I’m constantly being made fun of and having my ego smashed by them! But really it’s just the people that are around me-my family and really close friends. You become very guarded, but it also makes those people close to you so much more valuable.”
How she deals with the gossip: “It depends on what it is. Sometimes things come up that need to be dealt with or damage-controlled, but if they don’t then I stick my fingers in my ears and go ‘lalalala’-I don’t care.”
