Hayden Panettiere

Hayden Leslie Panettiere, best known for her work as “Claire” on the hit NBC TV series Heroes, was born in Palisades, New York on August 21st, 1989.  She still lives in New York with her parents and younger brother.  Hayden got an early start in the entertainment industry when, at just 11 months old, her mother, Lesley Vogel, got her involved in doing commercials.  She joined the cast of the soap opera One Life to Live at just 4 1/2 years of age and remained until 1997.  She has since appeared in several TV movies and films such as Remember the Titans (2000) as the character ”Sheryl Yoast” with Denzel Washington, Bring it On:  All or Nothing (2006) where she played the character “Britney Allen”, and Malcom in the Middle (2003-2005) where she played “Jessica”.  When Hayden isn’t working on movies, commercials, music or TV shows, she spends time enjoying horseback riding, singing, dancing, gymnastics, playing the piano and swimming.

Hayden has been involved in a number of animated movies including A Bug’s Life (as Dot), later to follow was Dinosaur. Kingdom Hearts and The Mark of Kri, were also voice overs but for Playstation 2 Video Games. Hayden then joined Jessica Lang, Tom Wilkinson, Jane Anderson and Clacy Brown in Normal (2003), a movie about a midwestern husband and father that announces his plans to have a sex change operation, the movie made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival.

Hayden appeared in a John Guare play called, “Landscape of the Body”, for the Williamstown theatre festival, in Williamstown Massachusetts. Raising Helen (2004), starring Kate Hudson, was a massive hit for Hayden, opening the eyes of many young teenagers. The Dust Factory where she has the star lead as Melanie Lewis, Tiger Cruise co-staring Bill Pullman a movie based on the September 11th events did well as a tv movies. Hayden sang the movie theme song for the movie.
